Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day before being shipped. Shipping time
is in addition to order processing time.
Return Policy
- Returns only apply for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please make sure to choose your product carefully before placing your order. In other cases, store credit is available and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees.
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@popupballoons.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Bundles Policy
All Bundles are final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted for bundles. The only exception is if POP UP makes a mistake regarding the colors selected. In such cases, no refund will be issued, but the correct
colors will be shipped at no additional cost to the buyer.
Shipping Protection Policy
When you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered for packages that are lost in transit (never delivered and confirmed lost by the carrier) or arrive damaged (photo evidence required within 7 days of delivery). This protection does not cover packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported as stolen, or orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your order qualifies, we will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
