Shipping Costs: Enjoy free shipping on all balloon garland kits.

Shipping rates range from $8.99 to $15.99 based on package content.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days before being shipped. Shipping Time is in addition to Order Processing Time.

Shipping Protection Policy: When you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered for packages that are lost in transit (never delivered and confirmed lost by the carrier) or arrive damaged (photo evidence required within 7 days of delivery). This protection does not cover packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported as stolen, or orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your order qualifies, we will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
